A historical adaptive re-use and restoration of the Scovil Hoe Building Complex at 11 Candlewood Hill Road, converting the existing structures into shops, galleries, Lifestyle Business Offices™, a full-service restaurant & winery/brewery.
Conveniently located in Higganum, a village of Haddam, CT, in Middlesex County, our project is the repurposing and restoration of the 4-acre property that has been improved with two masonry buildings of 10,400SF and 8,135SF.
The town of Haddam is located near three significant urban centers in CT. It is only six miles from the center of Middletown, 26 miles from Hartford, and 30 miles from New Haven. The area is in the vicinity of several state parks that residents and tourists travel to throughout the year.
